Abstract Submission

Submission Guideline

1. Scope Restriction
Abstracts must focus on research, clinical applications, or technological developments related to capsule endoscopy. Submissions outside this field will not be reviewed.
2. Submission Channel
Use this online system on the WEO-CEGS official website
3. Language & Format: 

• All abstracts must be written in English. ​

• ​Accepted file formats: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx), PDF and PowerPoint.

4. Abbreviations
Minimize abbreviations; provide a clear explanation for each abbreviation used (except universally recognized medical terms).
5. Originality

• Top abstracts are preferable for unpublished, original content, which are not presented at any local, national, or international meeting, or published in peer-reviewed journals prior to submission.

• Submitted abstracts may not be simultaneously submitted to other international meetings scheduled before WEO-CEGS 2026.

6. Author Responsibility 
Ensure accuracy of spelling, grammar, and scientific facts—errors in submissions will be reproduced as submitted.
7. Presentation Requirement
The winners of selected abstracts would be invited to present their work onsite. Authors are required to submit a PowerPoint presentation before the conference.
8. Withdrawal Process
To withdraw an abstract, send a written request to secretariat@weo-cegs.com by January 22, 2026.
